4th July 2006. ntl:Telewest has announced today, having received
all necessary court approvals, that ntl:Telewest’s acquisition of
Virgin Mobile has been completed.
Together, the Virgin Mobile acquisition and licensing agreement
creates a yet more powerful force in the ever-changing
communications and entertainment industry.
